I have traveled the world, visiting culinary scenes like France, Spain, Africa, and Lebanon sharpening my skills in diverse kitchens and homes of great chefs.

In 2009 I began my formal education at Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. I graduated with a degree in culinary arts. From there I have worked in French and Italian fine dining, farm to table, Lebanese and Appalachian restaurants.
